Medicare Services

Sunrise Home Health & Supplies, LLC, is Medicare certified and currently provides the following Medicare services:










Registered Nurses primarily administer medication, treatments, coordinate plans for patient care, perform diagnostic test , analyze results, instruct patients on how to manage illnesses after treatment, oversee other workers such as LPNs/ nursing aides/home care aides and offer educational advice to patients .

Licensed Registered Nurses provide basic nursing care such as checking blood pressure, inserting catheters, helping them bathe or dress, discuss health care with patients, report status of patients to registered nurses / doctors etc and ensure the comfort of patients.

Home health aides monitors patient’s condition by observing their physical and mental condition, intake, output, and exercise. They support patient’s in their day to day activities .

Physical therapists are highly-educated, licensed health care professionals who can help patients reduce pain and improve or restore mobility - in many cases without expensive surgery and often reducing the need for long-term use of prescription medications and their side effects.Physical therapists can teach patients how to prevent or manage their condition so that they will achieve long-term health benefits. PTs examine each individual and develop a plan, using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.

Occupational therapist work with patients with disabilities, injuries, or impairments to develop, recover, or maintain the meaningful activities, or occupations, of individuals.

Speeth therapy helps patients to relearn / regain lost speaking skills through a series of professional training and exercises.

In-home IV therapy allows patients to receive IV medications and nutritional support at the comfort of their at home. .

Medical social workers are responsible for offering the support and resources that patients need in order to fully recover from a medical illness or injury as well as the resulting emotional, physical, or psychological concerns. After performing a comprehensive assessment of a patient’s support needs, they work with the patient’s family, support system, and other health service providers to coordinate patient’s in-home medical equipment, transportation, meal plans, counseling, or other follow-up treatments.

Diabetic Management encourages patients to maintain recommended levels of blood glucose, blood pressure cholesterol etc through lifestyle changes, meal planning, mild-to-moderate exercising, timely routine screenings for diabetes-related complications and professional therapies..

Wound dressing includes cleaning and applying sterile pad or compress to wounds thereby promoting faster healing and protecting wound from further infections.

When patient's ability to swallow, or eat sufficient food and drink orally is compromised tube feeding via tube is needed to meet their nutrition requirements. PEG tubes are long-term, artificial feeding tubes that allow direct access to the stomach from outside the abdominal wall. This route is generally used for supplementation of nutrition, fluids and medication administration..

Catheterized patient will be given adequate care by experienced staff while safeguarding patient’s safety, dignity and privacy .

Diet teaching helps patients to make a healthy eating /diet plan taking into account of their weight, medications, age, weight, lifestyle, and other health problems.

Medication Management includes medications/prescription sorting, packaging, clearly labeling with the date-time and delivering directly to your home .It saves your travel time ,eliminate weekly pill box refilling and ensures that patients get needed medications at the right time.

Phlebotomy involves the practice of drawing blood from patients and taking the blood specimens to the laboratory to prepare for testing.

Services not covered by Medicare will be provided either by billing patients directly or their requested insurance company.
